Lights Up And Speed Limit Down On graham Way (Seaham) katherine Lesley Dunning 14 year old killed on Sunday 16/12/2007 in a road accident, katherine was struck by a car on unlit road at The Graham Way when crossing the road trying to get home, this is not the first time this has happened, (Seaham) Pieces of our hearts are broken and they will never be fixed but all we want to do is try to prevent this ever happening again, Lights to be put up to stop this happening again so cars can see people crossing! And speed limit down so cars will be more careful, Help us to get the law changed surrounding a death on the road. Currently it is possible to kill someone in a car and not even go to prison. This is unfair on the victims or their families. We want the law to take into account that a person has been killed when any charges resulting from an accident arise. please help by signing this petition to get lights on graham way thank you ;
