I Steven Knox the Uncle of Ms.April Cook and the brother of Mrs Karen Batsch have knowledge of a series of crimes committed against my niece My sister Karen Batch not only knew of a sexual relationship between a female who was 21 and my neice whom was 15 at the time and continued untill she was almost 17. Not only can it be proven that Mrs.Batsch knew of this relationship she also incouraged it I want Gov.
