This petition is for a law that will state that any person who is found guilty of committing the act of child abuse that results in shaken baby syndrome a:Be charged with attempted homicide of a minor-infant,be sentenced a minimum of 25 years in prison if the baby survives.and b: be charged with homicide of a minor-infant,sentenced to life in prison without parole if the result is death.c:be charged with a class a felony,d: be required to register as a violent offender with local,county,or state police upon release for national registration(Similar to sex offender registration) for life.
