I stand with the more than 500 victims that J.V. Huffman conned out of more than $25,000,000.00 of their life savings in calling on the Judicial System of Catawba County to prosecute J.V. Huffman to the fullest extent of the law and make sure that he receives the maximum penalty of 280 years in prison for his crimes. Much of the money J.V. Huffman stole came from elderly victims, who now, can’t afford to purchase necessary items, such as food, clothes and medicine. J.V. Huffman has confessed to the crimes he committed and he deserves to live the rest of his life in prison, just as the prison that many of his victims will have to live in for the rest of theirs.
JV Huffman goes to court on Monday, January 25, 2010.
My grandmother was one of the ones he targeted. She lost everything she worked her whole life for because of this greedy man. throw the book at him.
