This "person" Scott Hope from Friendship N.Y left 2 females dogs (chained to doghouses in his backyard) to STARVE to death.They were out in 90+ degree weather with no water or food. This man walked by these dogs several times a day, and totally ignored the fact they were skin and bone. By the time anyone found them and reported, etc....only one sweet girl survived. Sheeba was laying lifeless on the ground. She was still alive but so weak she was unable to move, she couldn't even lift her head. Her gums were snow white and she had maggots crawling out of her bottom. This poor baby basically cooked from the inside out. The mother dog was well on her way to the same fate as Sheeba, but thank god some kind people went and provided her with some food and water until help could come and rescue her. Thank god she is now safe. This person has a nice home...looks good (on paper), I am sure he could have afforded some food and certainly could have provided these babies with some fresh water. We have to be certain that he NEVER gets a chance to KILL anymore precious babies !!! Charges/Court Date pending.... GUILT is UNDENIABLE !!! Please sign this petition asking he be given the MAXIMUM punishment for treating these animals like this.
