Our dog Bronx was shot in the face by Travis County Park Ranger Antonio Aguilar, Monday Aug 9. He fired his weapon without any warning, and with children present. We are trying to gather enough signatures to send to the Travis County Parks to let them know how outraged we are that this could happen. Park Rangers are supposed to serve as ambassadors to the public. They should have some form of training to deal with dogs and a protocol to follow when they use their weapon. These changes need to happen or next time, this guy could shoot a child or another family member.
