On October 11,2022 1230am my husband BRIAN L ALLISON was on the way home from work infact he was 2 mins from home ,my husband had the green light when he was crossing over the road when a truck driven by RYAN SCHILLING wasn't paying attention and went through a red light at high speed ,high enough speed to kill my husband instantly ,RYAN SCHILLING admitted to 911 operator and the police that he ran a red light and he thinks he killed someone, 13 and half months later DA Heather Admans made the decision not to charge the driver RYAN SCHILLING with nothing she claims it was not recklessness ! It's been 15mths since my husband was killed and I can remember that night like it was yesterday it haunts me every single night when I try and go to sleep that night pops up,15 months ago I woke up at 230am to find my husband dinner still on the stove and him not home yet ,I called his work over and over I called his personal celphone and his work cellphone over and over then I called his coworkers and his boss ,I got a hold of his coworker and she said he left work hours ago I told her I tried to call him over and over and he didn't answer I told her I had a bad feeling and I started to panic she said I'll drive his normal way to see if he broke down and she said for me to go the other way that he normally wouldn't go unless he had to stop for his medication, which he did that night, I got in my car and drove to the end of our street and made a right turn and I didn't get more then a block away when I came up on the fire police blocking the road I pulled over and got out of my car and went up to them and told them my husband is missing he didn't come home from work could you tell me if that is my husband and if he ok the guy told me to wait where I was ,I couldn't I needed to know if it was my husband from where I was it was clear I can see that it was my husband and that he was dead ,I immediately called my son and his family to tell them about what has happen ,that night and that driver ruined my life for 15 months now I've been struggling mentally and Physically and emotionally and financially ,I don't barely eat or sleep I have nightmares of that night that keeps going over and over in my head every single night, my husband was my protector, my safety net he was my world and now I'm in this world alone ,I go to bed alone I wake up alone I come home alone, I come home from work hoping it was all a bad dream and that he would be here but he isn't anymore ,it's not fair that this man gets to be free and to be with his family while i sit here without my husband every single day and night struggle ,I've been through so many therapist and counseling and now I had to stop going because I can't afford it anymore so now I'm back to square one suffering, I'm here writing this petition now to get justice for my husband, I'm here asking the public for your help and sign my petition to get DA HEATHER ADMANS to over turn her ruling to charge Ryan schilling with vehicular manslaughter,please help me ,don't let her get away with telling people that it ok to run a red-light and kill someone because you won't get charges according to her ,what if this was your husband, your child,your wife ,your parents or a family and this happen to you wouldn't you want justice for them like I do , BRIAN ALLISON IS A HUSBAND,A BROTHER AND SON AND UNCLE and his is truly missed please help and sign this petition thank you
