This is a horrible thing you had to , and still are going through. I hope this petition can actually do something to get this ass some charges. A CDL driver is supposed to be held to a higher standard!! This was obviously his fault and he should have to pay for it. I'm sorry for your loss.

My uncle and our family deserve justice for what happened to my uncle no one can ever bring him back in this man can just walk free and live his life like he did nothing wrong my uncle deserves everything and I know nothing will bring him back but this will do the man needs to be put in jail for what he did
