Dylan Liberti was shot and killed on July 27, 2016 by Scottsdale Police. He was only 24 years old. He had dreams , aspirations and a family that loved him very much. He had called the police to get help. He did not commit any crime.

This narrative unfortunately has become something of the norm that we have been witnessing all over our country. This must stop! We are asking for a reform and better police training for Dylan and all those wrongfully killed by police brutality.

We have been fighting for Justice for Dylan since his death in 2016. Unfortunately, the court of appeals denied our petition . We only have 60 days to file our petition to the US Supreme Court which costs approximately $5000.

We know that time is especially difficult for everyone during this unprecedented time (pandemic of COVID-19). A donation in any amount is greatly appreciated and counts towards this cause. If you can't make a donation at this time please sign our petiton.

These expenses are going to my aunt, Jeannine Liberti (Dylan’s Mom) to pay for the legal fees to take this case to the US Supreme Court .

On behalf of our entire family , we appreciate all the love and support we have received through this entire process . We don’t ever want any other family to endure the pain of losing a loved one. This is our final step in obtaining Justice for Dylan and make a change for the future . God Bless !

Rest in peace man, I only knew you when we were kids, but I looked up to you since you were an older kid. I remember hanging out playing with dragon ball toys. Justice for Dylan Liberti ✊

Please grant Justice for my beloved nephew Dylan! He is missed dearly, and did not deserve to die when calling 911 for help!
