my drains have been backing up for months and they just keep telling me it is my fault. so done with them.
16 years!!! That is mental. Should be ashamed of yourselves severn trent absolute disgrace.
Living with sewage is absolutely vile. How are they allowed to treat people like this? Hope this gets fixed for you soon.
ST are useless. They did the exact same thing to my neighbor and just walked away laughing. Hope you guys get what you deserve.

We are in a similar position, currently using the loo at the local supermarket because the drain is blocked again.
