Justice for the innocent soul Unathi Mbalati who was stabbed to death by a fellow student and sudden missing docket
We are heartbroken and outraged by the tragic loss of a young, innocent boy who was brutally stabbed to death at university,without committing any crime. His only "fault" was being in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was a student, a friend, a son, a dreamer,with a life full of promise. Now, his parents are left with unbearable grief, his friends with a deep void, and his family with a wound that will never fully heal. This tragedy is a painful reminder that safety is not guaranteed, even in spaces meant for growth and learning.
We must fight for his memory and the protection of others like him. This is not just about one life lost,it’s about making sure it never happens again. We are calling for justice, increased campus security, mental health support, and stronger preventative measures. No parent should have to bury their child because of violence that could have been stopped.
If nothing changes, more lives will be at risk. Another family could suffer the same unbearable pain. Our universities will become places of fear instead of hope. But if we act now,if we demand accountability, raise our voices, and push for action,we can protect future students and bring about real change. The safety of all students hangs in the balance.

We cannot be having diabolical students roaming around and continuing with their lives and degree after ending the life of another. Punishment must be jail
How is it possible that a docket can go missing? Someone’s life was lost, how else are we going to end crime if we don’t make people take accountability? Justice for Unathi!!
All I can say is justice must be served because an innocent soul was killed and the killer is walking away with crime and this definitely tells as that our justice system is failing us every now and then and it also shows us that our safety is no longer a priority cause what do you mean he was stabbed inside a school premises
Section 2 of the Constitution states that we all have a right to life thus no one has a right to infringe with that. Now what happens if those who knows the law by heart fails to abide by the law as they are the very same people who fail to protect us against that same person who took someone's life let alone let justice to be served yet they are able to protect someone who is capable of murder. How sure are they that that person isn't going to commit another murder? How sure are they that we are safe from this person? What they did to my bro is not fair. The system is too broken nowadays how can they lose a docket whereas Nathi's family is suffering and looking for justice. How can they expect us to come to them for help if our sorrows are thrown in the drain?it's like they don't care about us because we don't have money. We must fight for him, so please if anyone from the law is reading this please think of it as your son. Imagine if it were your son being killed like a dog and his case gets thrown away like it's nothing. Please have sympathy not only for Nathi's family but for the whole community. Justice must be served fair and square.

There's a lot of corruption in the police service. Money mattered more than a life of Unathi.some people were paid to get rid of the docket.investigating officer should be charged n locked behind bars.police should put themselves inthe shoes of Unathi's family
