This is sad and terrible. This baby would still be alive today if this spill didnt happen or if it was cleaned up like it should have been.

I do believe KTC should be held responsible so something like this will not ever happen again. Also disappointed that KSP refused to help in the investigation. The road should have been closed immediately when the oil spill was reported.
