Thia child's death was completely avoidable IF the highway dept had shut down the highway after the spill. This angwl paid the ultimate price for someone else's negligence..

Sometime's ADULTS Have The Minds Of CHILDREN And Don't Know When To Speak The Truth. I Think We Would All Very Much Enjoy The Truth About The Situation From The KTD's Point Of View But We Have To Remember That We Cannot Harass Them About The Situation Either.
