It was not her fault that the KTC did not clean up the spill. No amount of tread would have been able to stop her when the hydraulic fluid leaked. They caused the accident by leaving a dangerous substance on the road in dangerous weather conditions

It seems every day I have less respect for law enforcement. My question for Deputy Heath Owens is how much tread should Shanice have had on her tires and at what speed should she have been traveling for you not to imply that she was complicit in causing her own death. My advice to Deputy Owens is perhaps from this time forward he should just keep his mouth shut because nothing he says has any merit.
