She has every right to finish her last year in the program she built. What a stab in the back by the Principal. Sending her to coach PE was a horrible move, and I wonder what the motivation was....

Passionate teacher and does a lot for her students! Including certifying them in CPR and First aid, job shadowing, and giving them internships in many different medical fields.

Amazing teacher who has made such an impact on the community and helped many kids get to the next level of higher education and prevented a ton of kids from falling through the cracks

Out of respect for the years she served, make changes when she leaves, not her last year. Put the kids in mind that will be able to have a teacher that has taught it for so many years.

If it weren’t for Ms. Pedersen i would not have a clear path into my nursing career. From the start of the program in Health Academy she has been so helpful and is the greatest advocate for her students. I cannot ever thank her for helping me pave my way to my passion.

I enjoyed the 2 years mrs. pederson taught me everything I needed to know before moving to Washington to become the best I can be. I am now a CMA and mu best friend is an RN. We had much success from the great beginning that was most important and lost knowledgable to our studies. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, YOU DESERVE ALL IT IS YOU DESIRE!

This is not right Mrs. Pedersen is dedicated to her students and the success of the Medical Academy. Please allow her to finish out her career doing what she has done for the past 19 years. She is the motivation for these young people and it is important for the students to have that confidence and stability at school as many may not have it at home. I pray that Mr. Wilson will re consider this reassignment for the sake of the children.

Nobody could run MHA like Mrs. Pedersen can, she’s honestly one of a kind and moving her to PE would be SUCH a waste.

Mrs.Pedersen does not deserve this! She is a hard working woman that has interest in walking besides, and guiding her students through the correct medical path. She is more than deserving to retire in the program where she is the mother of this program to myself and my fellow classmates. This is very disappointing and frustrating, for this will not only affect her but ALL MHA students. We are fighting for what we believe, and we as an MHA community believe that Mrs.Pedersen should retire in the program that she had laid. Without her we have no foundation, no guidance, just a paved way to failure and confusion. So we kindly ask that you please return to us our leader, and let her finish her last year in this program. Thank you.

doesn't deserved to be moved on her LAST year. Why not just finish her where she started there is no point in having a huge change now when it can be more easily applicable to deal with.

MHA Alumna 2014! Loved MHA...Ms. Pedersen was one of the best teachers and instructors I've had in High School! It would be heartbreaking to see her go! Please, let her and the program stay! Advocating for all the future Nurses, Doctors, EMTs, MAs, PAs... they need the program :) Thanks!

Not sure what’s behind the move but I do know Ms Pederson is highly qualified to run the Health Academy and was an outstanding teacher during the time my daughter was enrolled in the program. All if you should Go speak at the next school board meeting during open session.
