Obviously he had a mental health problem & should have been evaluated & should have been on a tether, tracker etc. Two people killed because of a very bad decision. A beautiful young lady is brutally murdered due to a bad decision by a judge.

Such a horrifically tragic, senseless, and avoidable loss that devastated the lives of so many... There needs to be more protection for the victims of domestic violence. The court system failed Marisol, her family, and the community! Changes need to be made!
