I am signing this petition because this woman should have never been murdered and they the Lancaster New Hampshire Court should have protected her knowing that this man was violent but let him go on bail anyway. So sad. My son's case was also a fiasco My son was named Christopher David Veliz and he was murdered shot 4 times in front of his 4 year old and 5 year old. The man didne even get reckless conduct with a deadly weapon . He murdered my son and somehow found innocent. The court appointed Translator told me the man was guilty as hell and he was representing the murderer in court. If I said anything it would have been a miss trial. My son Christopher David Veliz is dead and killed by a man that is free and working in Gorham. The defensive team had a lot of suppression hearings because they didn't want the court to hear anything. My son got a camera because his two neighbors beat him up the week prior to my son's murder. The Lancaster Court is Corrupt and let murderers free. My son was bringing his children to pre school and to kindergarten and the man called him up the driveway my son skid on the ice and touched the guy's license plate and he said my son had a knife which he did not. So wrong nothing can bring Marisol or my son Christopher David Veliz back. Shame on the judicial system in Lancaster New Hampshire. My poor grand children without their Daddy. Yes I signed the petition for Marisol. I feel so badly for her family. Where are the laws to protect us.

This situation doesn’t right. He should not get out from the prison with his criminals until go To court . Unacceptable with justice system. It is very big mistake. I feel sad about this.

She was more then a person she became my friend. She felt safe around me and confided in me. I can never hug her again or tell her how beautiful she is. How she made the best mudslide for me and talked with me. She will be missed and remembered in me.

If this Magistrate had an ounce of integrity or even an iota of decency she would resign immediately and spend the rest of her life working for women’s domestic violence victims! She should bury her head in shame!
