Justice for Marisol

Marisol's death was senseless and preventable. She was a well loved, well respected member of our community who will be missed by everyone who was blessed to meet her!

Justice needs to be done!!

The woman in this town need protection and when they reach out find someone that listens too! This could have been avoided! If only they are helped before they can be killed. It’s very hard for strong women to let someone one in, …let alone the people in power that are supposed protect them when they get the courage to tell their hells of abuse! then wind up being more vulnerable to the abuser! Why does this keep happening in Berlin New Hampshire? Where is the justice for the people. We are lacking protection from the ones that should’ve took it serious to protect and then fail!! PLEASE HELP CORRECT THE IGNORANCE OF NOT TAKING THIS HORRIBLE MOSTLY SILENT CRIME-SERIOUSLY EXCEPT FOR THE ONES STRONG ENOUGH TO COME FORWARD! She was such an amazing soul! She radiated pure kindness and compassion to every person she met.

Being a survivor of DV, I can say that DV is not taken seriously enough. It kills and leaves the ones strong and brave enough to leave at their most vulnerable. This was preventable! The laws need to be changed also.

This is beyond an excuse, This is the best interest in the State of New Hampshire . That needs not to be a slap on the wrist .

Ms. Johnson needs to be removed from the bench. She has displayed a total disregard for human safety that has left an already struggling Berlin in a terrible lurch.

Justice for Marisol!

The bail should have been alot higher than it was set at. By having a low bail, he was able to get out of jail and commit a murder. Because of this, I hereby demand the resignation of Stephanie Johnson. She didn't do her job the way she was supposed to do. She gave a criminal the opportunity to commit murder. He should have NEVER been let out.

Disgusted by the judicial system. When will this nonsense stop? From what I’ve seen, it’s a money making operation while American citizens suffer. Shameful

I'm sorry, but this judge needs removed from the bench if they can't take care of the law fully. There's no way this guy should have been let go on 5k bail.

Hes a 50 year old monster who took a 25 year old life. This is absolutely insane.

This magistrate clearly makes poor decisions, this is her second failure, and it cost an innocent life, she needs to be removed!

This proposed action is a good place to start. There are other levels that need to be addressed, also.

I hope this beautiful soul gets justice.
