We are seeking Justice for Lizzy.

On March 2nd 2014 little Lizzy was crossing the street with her older sister in Pomona Calif. A 52 year ol woman hit Lizzy with her truck. She was talking on her cell phone and had went around a sedan that had stopped for Lizzy and her sister. The woman was given a traffic ticket. Lizzy was taken to the hospital and then was taken by care flight to the Children's Hospital. She is still at Children's Hospital. She has a brain injury,a broken nose,bursed lung , broken pelvis, broken ankle.

Family and friends would like to ask that the District Attorneys office investigate this further. The District Attorney for L A County is Jackie Lacy.

Lizzy is a 7 year ol child. She has a mother, a sister, a grandmother, aunt, uncles, cousin's ,friends, teachers, a church. Lizzy's Family and friends feel that Lizzy is worth more than a traffic ticket.

At least, at the very least this woman should be charged with neglect driving causing great bodily harm.
