No child should ever be in pain or fighting for there life. The charges that where given to this lady are not fair. Know lizzy lays I'n a hospital bead waiting to heal from her painful wounds and is suffering from brain damage. Lets all give her something that right now shies probably wishing to have and that's justice .

in justice for my little cousin lizzy bearly enjoying life and all that could of been tooken by seconds just for an adults wrong reactions its wrong a lady walk away with just a traffic ticket while lizzy bearly enjoying life and all that could of been taken away from her and has months of pain to recover at the hospital from body injury which who knows if she'll have body parts that will react the same and if she'll end up being that happy child that she once was where all there to help her through this Jesus is and i hope all you out there are to.justice for lizzy love u lizzy.cousin carmen godoy

I am so disgusted with this and I can not believe that District Attorney Jackie Lacy shame on you who can you go home and close your eyes and sleep shame shame that little girl is in so much pain and suffering and their family and you gave this person a ticket I'm sure if it was one of your family member you would be pulling all the strings this makes me sick. I cant imagine what this family is going through shame shame .You must do the right thing and if you don't then you should not be voted in to this position , we should not have to be signing a petition it should be done now. If this is not investigated maybe we need to investigate JACKIE LACY IN HER POSITION

Yes!!! This is defiantly a case that should be investigated, a three thousand pound car is a deadly weapon, and should be driven with all the responsibility that the privilege is given to us. Is this any different than a drunk driving charge, when it comes to the damage done to someone, much less a child.....
