We wish to inquire when the State Attorney's Office for Miami-Dade and the prosecutor will take Leroy Alba's case (Case F18010176) to trial. There have been numerous setbacks and postponements for this murder trial, and justice for Leroy's murder has not been served.
Our family should be entitled to general information about this criminal case and justice process, as well as notice of important case events.
Leroy was the only son of Rafael Alba and the only brother of Oriana Alba, and they have the right to have this case tried in court. Leroy was killed in broad daylight by a savage with an extensive criminal record who had no consideration for human life. Clear and substantial evidence was found that with respect to this case and we are tired of delays and legal maneuvers that are taking place as a judicial strategy to aid the criminal. We are considering escalating this case with higher authorities to get this case tried. We demand that the Miami Dade State Attorney's Office give priority to this case so we can finally see deserved justice for Leroy and his family.

Justicia para este crimen tan cruel a mi amigo Leroy....excelente persona, humana muy divertida, vivimos muchas experiencias juntos, incluso 2 años juntos en el servicio militar...que este crimen no quede impune
Un año que llevan alimentando y cuidando los derechos de un asesino. Que le arrebató la vida a un muchacho de Bien sin oportunidad de hacer valer sus derechos. Justicia, personas como esas no deberían tener oportunidades. Cuando la ley cambie los delitos reducirán drásticamente. Mientras tanto daremos cabida a asesinos como este.
We ask for justice for our brother, a worthy man who lost his life unfairly while working honestly.
I knew him my whole life since I was a kid his lost gratly impacted all of our lives he deserves justice someone has to answer for the pain that they have inflicted

IT is hard to believe that our judicial system is full of so many loopholes that it can incessantly delay the justice due for the horrific crime toward an outstanding citizen and honorable person like Leroy Alba!
