The truth be know what happen to Joseph was terrible but it was NOT cold blooded murder! It was very sad that a person lost their life but it was Not murder Joseph shot 2 times at a home that had women and children inside before he was ever shot! It is very sad no matter the reasoning but if any of you truely knew what he was doing the it was a given something terrible was going to happen

Im the same as below but i entered my email wrong so it wouldnt let me sign bk in so im making another.I didnt know joseph like some of u but i know he didnt deserve to die like this and its messed up why ut happened and how. No ones worth losing ur life (except for ur kids r very close family). That man should be locked up and they shouldnt give him a bond hes guilty how can u shoot and murder someone n plain daylight and be outta jail less than a week thats inhumane and to the family my sorrows are to all of you you'll be in our thoughts n prayers

Well I did not in anyway say he deserved to die! I stated the fact that he shot first! TWICE! and I have no way made the other man look like GOD! I said the things they were doing and that Joseph was doing was bound to end terribly! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM DOWN THERE ARE now still and WERE ON DOPE! They all lived to shake the bottle they all stole and robbed people! So you obviously need to get your story straight! I am not in no way trying to make Joseph look bad, He was nice to me! But I know for a fact of what happened down there! And honestly I don't care if you post the other mans name on here he did what he had to do to protect his baby sister and his self! I seen what Joseph did to the girls down there the weekend before his death, I seen Joseph chasing that girl down the street, I seen Joseph throwing Knives at that girl, I heard Joseph telling the other man he would be dead before sun down! So it is the truth I am speaking! I am not in any way saying I wished this upon anyone's family or that I wished this upon him! But when these idiots get on dope and are not sleeping for days at a time WTF do you think good is going to come from that! If this other guy shot him in cold blood then why is there bullet holes in the house where this other man lived?? Why is it on video of Joseph shooting first, why is it that his mother lied and said he was not there when the whole time she knew he was with a gun?? See little do you know the drug task force had been watching them down there the is surveillance video showing what happened! Joseph was to be served 5 grand jury indictments that same day this happened! So please do your research before this causes more people to get hurt!

this has gone way to far.i am davids sister and I am by no means defending my brother but he is not a cold blooded killer.the boy shot at my sister and step mother and David. so david defended himself and his familywhoich is what we were raised to do by any means.so ask this if this were the other way around and joseph had shot my brother and he died would you be ok with us saying he was a cold blooded killer or he was a psycho that beat the hell out of his mok and aunt and girls amd threw knifes at people would you be ok with ? cause thats the truth or what his nother said anyways .all this is doing is making things worse.i understand his famiky is grieving and I am truly sorry that this ended the way it did but if anyone shot at me or my famiky I would have done the same . 3344351505 thats my number dont call harassing or threatening cause I aint about that mess but im not going toblet anyone slander my brother by statements that aren't true.it was self defense the boy shot them first and thats why my brother isnt in jail. facts are facts.

Thanks to ever who (truth be known)is. There are all ways two sides to ever store. Its plain to see that this is only one side.. But you are r ite i ever thing you said. the young man that was shot had toldmore then person that morning that he would is the other boy dead before dark.

For some people that were not there you sure know alot. There were only 5 people there and no one on this page was there. So stop talking like you were its not anything that any one should have to see I know I was there and that man did what anyone wound have done to protect there family. Whether of what really happened , Joseph should not had lost his life ! It should had not ended up this way ! I do not care what anyone has to say ! That was my cousin & he is gone now & the family is an emotional wreck ! There should be justice , you all would want justice if it was your family member ! I'm not callin anyone a cold blooded killer , I'm just sayin that if he was actually man enough he wouldn't had killed him , they could had took it up in a different way ! So as far as I know the guy who did this is not a man, he is a coward ! & you'd want justice if it was your son,brother,nephew or cousin ! Whether it had to do with any thing !

Truth be known??? Who are you? For whatever reason you are not signing with your name, just proves the fact that although u believe justice needs to be served, you also believe that for some reason Joseph did these things, Joseph would NEVER do such a thing, how about the fact that the guy who shot him ran around town and told people he was going to shoot Joseph before he actually did? How about the fact that you heard 2 shots is because the murderer who shot him was one of those shots!!!!
