In 2001 Undral Davis was accused of a crime and then in 2002 sentenced to life in prison and has spent 20 years for a crime he did NOT commit. No evidence. Prosecutorial misconduct. Unfair representation. Jury intimidation. Non jury of peers. Coercion of witness. His line up photo, that the witness chose from, was 11 years old and was outlined in red and all others were white. He was singled out because he was a black male. One of the jurors believed Undral was not guilty, but was bullied into giving a guilty verdict. This same juror signed an affidavit that she was being called a Ni**er lover. We need this injustice for our black men and women to stop. Racial injustice has been around for years and is still happening today! Undral is one of many happening right here in Scottsboro, AL. Please help Undral get exonerated. He needs your voice.
