In 2001 Undral Davis was accused of a crime and then in 2002 sentenced to life in prison and has spent 20 years for a crime he did NOT commit. No evidence. Prosecutorial misconduct. Unfair representation. Jury intimidation. Non jury of peers. Coercion of witness. His line up photo, that the witness chose from, was 11 years old and was outlined in red and all others were white. He was singled out because he was a black male. One of the jurors believed Undral was not guilty, but was bullied into giving a guilty verdict. This same juror signed an affidavit that she was being called a Ni**er lover. We need this injustice for our black men and women to stop. Racial injustice has been around for years and is still happening today! Undral is one of many happening right here in Scottsboro, AL. Please help Undral get exonerated. He needs your voice. Please sign this petition. He has lost so many years of his life and those he will never get back. Being a black man was convenient for an easy "closed case" for Scottsboro, AL. Someone to blame was what they wanted and Undral sadly got it. He needs your help! He did not commit this crime but he paid the time! He needs our voices heard. Undral appreciates all of you for your help!

We are fed up with being taken advantage of at the hands of corrupt, conniving, authority who are all in cahoots with each other. Sending innocent good people to prison because they are lazy and prefer things done easy instead of right!! Corrupt people in Scottsboro needs to be held accountable for their life altering decisions that affect others lives. Dre has spent TWENTY YEARS in prison because the racist lawyers and judges that are all in it together. JUSTICE FOR DRE! WE WANT IT! WE ARE GONNA GET IT!

Cause scottsboro is racist and always discriminated against blacks and lower class whites.they have all white juries in a case with black defendants and they always strikes the one or two blacks in the jury pool how can a black have a chance. Scottsboro got to be stopped from their biased practices I believe Undral is totally innocent without a doubt

I have read This man's Story ... To be put away for 2 Decades For A Crime he DID NOT COMMIT Is just Wrong .. SCOTTSBORO TOOK THIS MAN'S LIFE , FOR WHAT REASON? BECAUSE OF RACIST BIAS LAWYERS AND JUDGES...THEY MUST BE STOPPED .....WHEN ONE OF THEM BREAKS THE LAW LIKE A DUI IT GETS SWEPT UNDER THE RUG.... WITH NO PUNISHMENT BUT YET ITS OK FOR THEM TO THROW A MAN OF COLOR IN PRISON FOR A CRIME HE DID NOT COMMIT. IT MAKES THIS BLACK MAN MAD AS HELL... THEY MUST BE STOPPED...... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH PEOPLE...

I can not believe Dre family not even on here blowing this thing up. We black folks need to shake this whole town. We need to stick together. I know Undral. He is good people. Some of you acting like you got nothing to say. If it was you or a loved one you would want something done. Undral needs this. He has a lot of family that needs to speak up. Where y'all at?

I know this man is wrongfully convicted!!! Ask me how I know? Because I know the two people that did rob that store and beat that lady, but it wasn’t Mr. Davis!
