Disgusting. Outraged that such a terrible thing takes place, and it can be exspunged from someones record. In my opinion, the fact it was a puppy, they have no voice, they cannot talk and defend themselves. Thats why they require good owners who can defend them and help them through life. That POOR little sweepea, thought maybe he was in a good home now. And ill tell you, my 6 month old puppy who i got in a shelter pees on my expensive carpet a bit too often, but ITS OKAY!!!! So help me god, i hope this sick individual never crosses path with me. RIP DESMOND!!!

Absolutely sickening...Precious Desmond and the many like him deserve JUSTICE. People who can't or won't give these innocent animals even the most basic care should never never be pet guardians!!!!! Please give this monster the maximum sentence ....we have to stop this epidemic of abuse.
