March 7th, 2012 makes the 3rd year anniversary that my father (Cecil "Stewart" Davidson JR.) was murdured in his home on Loop Road in Sunbright TN, by Ronnie Lynn Kennedy.Kennedy walked up to Davidson's door and shot him in the face killing him instantly. Ronnie Kennedy was taken to jail on June 29th, 2009 and was released on bond of $20,000 the same day that he was taken to jail and he was to be taken to court for his trial but that was postponed 3 times. On October 12th, 2011 he was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter, a lesser charge that what he was on trial for of MURDER. On November 22nd, 2011 in Roane Coutny Tennessee he was sentenced to 3 yrs in the Tennessee Dep. of Corrections. He was not taken to jail and continues to be free, walking the streets of Burrville, Tennessee on a $50,000 bond. The family continues to seek justice. We request your support to finally get closure and demand that RONNIE KENNEDY serve time sentenced for this crime.
