On August 16, 2014 William Sampson’s young life was taken while helping a friend change his tire on the shoulder of the freeway . The person responsible has finally been arrested and charged with Felony vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence.Six and a half months later William’s family and friends will begin the process of attending court hearings on behalf of William.

The massive surge in support for William proves that people are disgusted by this reckless negligence. We are forcing the system to acknowledge that a slap on the wrist is not justice for a stolen life.

We just hit one hundred signatures demanding the maximum sentence for the person who killed William. The justice system is slow and heartless but they cannot ignore a wall of witnesses who refuse to let this go.

Hi Angel, I am Linda's daughter. I pray you and your family get the justice you deserve. I know that as well as no words can heal your pain but hopefully it can be a start to a peace of mind. I watch your journey everyday and although you don't know me, you and your family are often in my prayers.
1 year is absolutely not enough time, for the devastation and heartbreak this tragedy has caused Mr Sampson's family. Ms Ho should face the maximum amount of time for her wreckless behavior.
My nephew's murder was very tragic for all of us. We miss his smile and his laugh. This woman did the unthinkable by driving under the influence and ultimately taking William's life.
Whether it was an accident or not. A loved one was taken by an adult who knew she shouldn't have been driving. 1 year will never be justice to Williams family and close friends. 6 years wouldn't even be enough. Coming from a mother, coming from someone who grew up with him, he didn't deserve what happened.
A young mans life was taken, leaving his family with tremendous pain and heartache. Due to someone's careless act. How many times is the Justice system going to allow this to continue? Simply tapping the criminals hands and setting them free. Justice must be served in honor of the young life that was taken.

Ms. Ho deserves nothing less than the maximum sentence allowable by law. She is a repeat offender and this time it resulted in the loss of a beautiful life and serious injury to another. Let the citizens know that you mean business, as this is unacceptable behavior. The max please!!!
