He's the best teacher I've had in the past four years by far (freshmen English). He taught my class more than just writing skills. He taught us key life skills that still have a positive impact on me. He deserves tenure!

Dear D220, BHS, whomever,
Mr. Denesha is by far one of the best teachers I've had at BHS. Not only does he show his love for what he teaches to his students in his lectures, but is also a teacher who has a special connection with his students in every class. He is a teacher who cares, loves his students and does so much to see every single one of us succeed! Letting him go would by far be the biggest mistake you could make. Don't deny tenure, and let other students see what a great educator he is.

Being taught by Mr. Denesha was one of the most influencial experiences I will have had in my high school career. Being deathly afraid of speaking, he taught me about getting over that and he had given me more confidence in myself than I ever could've asked for. He was not only there for me educationally, but also when I needed someone to listen and understand.

There are plenty of English teachers at BHS who should have never received tenure. Crazy to think they would let a teacher as inspiring and thoughtful as Mr Denesha go!

Mr. Denesha was by far one of the best teachers I have ever had. All of his students have nothing but positive reviews on his classes. He truly is one of the few teachers that really cares about his students and is so passionate about his job. He deserves the tenure more than anyone else.

Mr.Denesha is one of the finest teachers I've had the pleasure of being taught by. How does the administration sleep at night knowing they unfairly denied him a tenure, I have no clue.

Mr. Denesha is one of the kindest individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Through debate, he has taught me to fight hard for the goals I strive. As a person, he has taught me to never give up on my ambitions. Mr. Denesha deserves a tenure because he is a phenomenal teacher and an amazing individual! BHS would miss out on a wonderful joy of a teacher if Mr. Denesha was denied the ability to continue teaching at Barrington.

Mr. Denesha was loved by everyone. The administration might see the overwhelming support for mr denesha as a sign that he was just a fun teacher. That couldn't be more false. Of course he was a fun teacher, but he was also one of the best teachers I've ever had. Never in my life was I as productive in the English department as I was my freshman year with mr denesha. I learned way more with him than any other English teacher. Not giving him tenure is not only a disservice to him, but to all district 220 scholars.

Mr. Denesha has been my coach since the beginning of my debate career. He has never giving up on the team and has stuck with us even when we had failed. He's an incredibly positive influence on not only his students, but whomever has the privilege of meeting him. If Mr. Denesha is let go, BHS would have lost one of its most beloved people.
