This is not a place for high density zoning. Traffic is already a nightmare and the quality of education will go down with overcrowding of schools. All in the name of the mighty dollar? NOT worth it for our kids!

Stop changing our comprehensive zoning plan. The schools are already overcrowded. If developers can't make money without rezoning...then the developers should look eleswhere.

Overbuilding in this area is decreasing the value of our homes and causing too much traffic congestion. If this passes we will not vote for you again.

If anything we need affordable senior housing for low income seniors mixed with this otherwise NO. It's a peaceful place and I don't want more traffic density in this area.

North counties come through East Cobb. Infrastructure is limited. Property values will be lowered. Cobb should not decide East Cobb community issues.

Shallowford Road is already overcrowded during my commute. It takes forever to get from Gordy Parkway to Johnson Ferry. We DO NOT need more traffic on this road!! There are already 2 more subdivisions being built now that will put more traffic on thsee roads. STOP the construction. The ones getting there pockets filled from all this zoning and constuction obviously do not use these roads for their commute to work!
