This area is already built out and will negatively impact the surrounding area who specifically moved there for the current zoning density. We don't this high density development messing up our community.

The traffic will become intolerable at that intersection. More importantly, East Cobb is losing the charm that attracted us to the area in the first place. We escaped intern living; please don't try to bring that density to East Cobb.

Widen the road before you develop more.

I am concerned already about the mass traffic and see what has happened in Buckhead where I work. It is unbearable, and I am at work before 5:30 AM to miss the traffic. Plus I have to question the county's ability to supply the water and other infrastructure high density housing would put on our community.

We live in this neighborhood, and this area most definitely cannot support so many homes.

Congestion on Shallowford Road during rush hour is a nightmare. More homes is tantamount to a traffic disaster for those of us who commute to work. Try turning left onto Shallowford Road from my subdivision, Carriage Lakes, at rush hour. Then, maybe you can see why this proposal is a nightmare for those of us who live in this area.

The traffic in Shallowford Road is currently on overflow at rush hour times with lines running back into Fulton County in the late afternoon. This development will make traffic unbearable, and with apartments , way too many cats on the road, and bringing a more transient group to the area. No apartments, and please downscale number of properties.

This area is over congested. More homes will make the situation untenable. There is plenty of land along 92 and northward to build on, don't need it squeezed into Shallowford/Johnson Ferry corner.

Not in keeping with land use of existing established neighborhood. By necessity all vegetation removed...not acceptable. Increased congestion. Lose charm of narrow waterfront drive.
