Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, 15, was dragged out of a bodega in the Belmont neighborhood on Wednesday night June 20th and stabbed with machetes by several attackers in what investigators suspect was a case of mistaken identity by members of a gang. No one in the local bodega helped him even though they knew him all his life. I believe we should have a law that makes business owners have a safe place for anyone in danger especially children, they must notify local authorities right away and not turn them away, and anyone who lies and gets someone murdered Should be charged with murder. I also believe we should make a day of remembrance for Junior because he was brutally murdered and people nationwide got to see his last moments in life. We got to feel the raw emotion of what he felt in his last moments. I plan to make this petition nationwide so we all can remember the day this Innocent baby was taken from us seeing the videos of his death made us hold our children, and loved ones closer.
