Juan Matthews, was wrongful convicted of second Degree Murder. I am in support of his immediate release after being made aware that the Latent Fingerprint Analysis Report compared the fingerprints found on the bullet casings to be negative of Juan Matthews., the Gunpowder Analysis Report failed to presence of gun powder,. Also his pager and Cellular and Landline phone triangulation proving he was in a different location at the time of the shooting.
Mr. Matthews tried to bring this to the attention of the Criminal District Court, Section, and was denied the hearing( see Court Docket Minute entry)

It's been 26 years since my brother was wrongly convicted of murder and currently being housed at Angola State Pen. Please sign this petition and help bring my brother home every signature counts thank you all who have already signed
