Joey is a 5 year old little boy from Washington. Joey has Autism. This means that Joey learns differently from other kids. Joey sometimes has a hard time speaking, but he still manages to light up any room that he`s in. Recently, Sesame Street has created a campaign to, "See Amazing in All Children." This campaign involves children with Autism and their families telling their story about Autism. Our goal is to have Joey and his family be able to tell their story. Please sign this petition, and share it, so we can get Joey on Sesame Street!!

"He was suspected of having autism at 18 months old because he didn't talk, wouldn't let us touch him, and did everything he could to get away from interacting with people but what was always amazing was his smile! He always went through the day with it. He was officially diagnosed at 2.5 and started using words at 4. He still loves to run and is above average in motor skills, but instead of running away from people now he loves to greet us at the door with his beautiful smile and will say hi mommy, daddy and knows all his sisters names. He's in his 3rd year of developmental pre-school and we've been told he loves to share with his friends and always makes sure they each have what they need and has become the class leader.
