We, parents and friends of Central School Dist 104 would like to be involved in the naming of the new junior high school. We believe for all the hard work, dedication and support to students and staff, that the new junior high school should be named after Mr.Joseph Arthur. Mr. Arthur was superintendent of Central School Dist 104 for 18 years. He is greatly missed by all who knew him. Please support our petition to name the new school Joseph Arthur Junior High School. Central School Dist 104 would not be where it is today had it not been for Mr. Arthur. Please support us in this endeavor. After all signatures are collected, we will bring them to the school board members for consideration. Thank you for your support and continue to forward this petition to all registered voters within Central School District 104.

Mr. Arthur was the best superintendent we ever had. He really cared about us kids. It would be a great honor to have the school named after him.
