i believe it is insensitive to not work case by case and make it the choice of the person being effected by the situation. lets accept our sisters, even if they finally become their true self.

This amendment is simply malicious and does not align with Job's Daughters values. I urge all voting members to vote NO. All young people deserve to grow in an inclusive, safe environment. There are trans men that have not "come out," but they may during or after their time in Job's Daughters. They will have been blessed with a safe place to grow up and a forever family even post transition. It is nobody's business to dictate if someone transitions or when they transition. A transition is not something to be punished. Let people be on their own journies at the pace they choose.

PHQ & PGG of MD. This is not the teachings that I was taught in my career of JDI. No one should be stripped of their titles. Now is the time to pave the way for all people. I stand with LGBTQ +.

This is such a sad commentary on the adult leaders’ mindset. If a person has been involved in the organization to reach the station of HQ, she already knows that, as a male, she can’t participate. Leave their titles alone, leave them alone.

There are no words to describe how sad I am that these proposed amendments were ever written

I understand that becoming a male changes things, and that the organization is for females, but the way this is being handled makes it seem like the Daughter is dying. Loss of Honors should be removed completely. The transitioned member should be able to be introduced in meetings with all titles earned.

These young ladies who work so hard to accomplish what they do while being a leader regardless of who they are after they majority out should never get stripped of her titles or accomplishments and should be recognized as a majority member. If these amendments are passed I'm afraid there will be no future for this organization. If passed this will cause friction in the order. Being gay or a lesbian or even trans is not a disease that can be removed. It is a part of the society now in the 2000's. It's time we start excepting people for who they are and not shame them for becoming who they truly feel they are. Please vote no for these amendments.

The recommended changes as listed are rediculous, and promote transphobic retoric, instead of promoting love and respect to all worthy persons.
