Our brother Jerry Luis was killed by a hit and run driver on April 13,2009. In Texas the penalty for hit-kill-and-run carries a maximum sentance of only 10 yrs. It has been a week and no one has come forward to accept responsibility there actions. This is no longer an accident this is murder and it should carry with it the same peneties of being shot in cold blood. Please help use have these laws changed and protect motocyclist all over Texas.
