We love this park and it’s convenient for us and not in a bad area like the other parks. I would love to see something done with this to make it official and make it better for the dogs and owners.

If the problem is not having ppl to pick up after lazy dog owners or regular lawn mowing why not make it a volunteer position?
Why not ask for volunteers to help build it?
Dogs need anything fancy. A proper disposal for waste a small water fountain, and a fenced in area is all is really needed. Ask for volunteers and watch the magic happen

Seriously? Children do not play in that diamond. There is another to the rear, and a playground right next to it.

JBER has several parks for children. For some of us, we don’t have children. We have pets. It would be great to have a space for us, too.
