Please put our quality of living first, second and third, and then put developers profits far down the list.

This is absurd, we do not have the infrastructure, the space, and are already below sea level.

Tearing down the things that create a quaint family centric community in order to slap up an apartment complex, sends a glaring message that the people who live here do not matter. Even so, progress and growth is the way of the world. So please put protocols in place to slow things down. Give James Island a chance to catch up by insuring infrastructure is in place to absorb and future growth. Please do not leave the citizens of our quaint little Town to deal with the frustrations that come with a population density that robs us of our quality of life.

I am a homeowner on Kentwood Circle, and I am against the building on high density apartments on James Island! We are a small island that is already inundated by too many cars!! Moving such a large amount of people onto James island into one area will make a big problem even worse!!
