The constant addition of apartments is effecting the quality of life for existing residents. The loss of our movie theater should be the breaking point. The infrastructure on the island can't handle more people!

It is a travesty that the beauty of James Island has mostly been erased; we MUST come together and save the rest of the Island from greedy developers AND politicians! Let them build in their own backyards!

I am in favor of any high density housing moratorium. With Mt. Pleasant having one, it's not surprising that developers will be looking to this side of town.

The preservation of James Island is crucial because the quality of life on the island is in jeopardy . No more concrete and steel to appease profit-seeking developers .

Quality should always trump quantity. Please let our infrastructure catch up to the development.
