I love this island I don't want it to be nothing but apartments because we are just gonna sink this island and all of us will be out of a home

Enough is enough. The schools cannot support any more students and the roads cannot support any more traffic.

I moved to JI because of the safety and beauty of the island. Overdevelopment will destroy both and will put our children at risk due to the increased traffic.

Even on the weekends Folly Rd is a mess. With beach weather approaching it will be even worse. Its time to stop this nonsense

Please stop building high density housing on James Island immediately. Our infrastructure and geographic limitations can not handle thousands of new residents

James island community deserves a moratorium from lightening quick construction that is destructive . Any development should be thoroughly planned with positive objectives such as buffers, flooding actions, traffic considerations, green spaces .

It shouldn't take me an hour to cross the bridge to get home everyday. Stop being greedy and take care of your residents.

I live right off of riverland dr and the traffic is already out of hand. The traffic from the new apts behind Harris Teeter on Maybank are enough for now. Please consider the im pact more housing has on us residents.

JI is truly being ruined by developers who have no interest in the quality of life here. This dense population is not in scale with current community. Further, the infrastructure already unable to handle what has been so thoughtlessly built. We need a comprehensive plan before everyone's quality of life is ruined including those who live in the apartments.

Until every apartment building is filled and you have multiple useful businesses for the hundreds of citizens added to the island, please stop building high density apartments.

When will the elected officials allowing the over-development of James Island acknowledge that they are responsible for destroying a way of life for the residents here? WHY DON'T THEY SEEM TO CARE?
