Born and raised on the island my whole life of 33 years and enough is enough! No more apartments!

It's egregious what has been allowed to be developed on James Island. We simply don't have the infrastructure to support this uncontrolled growth.

please! stop the madness, before our piece of wonder, of tranquility... is gone. It is already on it's way to "just another city".

It is high time to start listening to the citizenry rather than the developers!!

This growth is bad for the environment and bad for the islands. We need to fix the roads and sidewalks that we currently have. Traffic has become unmanageable as well as flooding due to irresponsible growth. Pave paradise, put up a parking lot.

Please stop the over building in our town. The noise and traffic is triple what it used to be. We want to vote for representatives who listen to the real life issues of James Island families.

I am in favor of a 2 year moratorium to restrict the building of apartments/ condominiums on James Island. A comprehensive stormwater drainage study has been promised (by the City) for the area and needs to be completed before more high density development is permitted. We do not want to become another ShadowMoss!!! The current infrastructure cannot support any further increase of density on the island. I support an apartment moratorium on James Island. Quality of life has diminished in the 14 years I have lived on Weir Street due to increased traffic on the islands and the City at large.

I strongly support an apartment moratorium on James Island. We need to promote smart growth!

As a James Island resident I say enough is enough. No more room for multi family development that add to the already extreme traffic issues on the island.

The infrastructure can't support the housing density we have now. If you want to live on the island, there are plenty of homes for sale now.

James Island is bursting at the seams now. Please have a moratorium on apartments.

Enough is enough! The over building of JI has to stop. Trees are being torn down, habitats are disappearing for our precious wildlife, and the reason why so many of us love this island. We are losing our community vibe to people who may be here for perhaps a year or less without a care of being a part of James Island's heart. Please stop! What you build stays.

Traffic is already bad, more buildings/apts will make it worse

Please stop over-building what was once rather quaint James Island. Chopping down all the trees and jamming houses close together is a sin.
