Traffic is already bad enough don't ruin the island way of life by letting more apartments come in bringing more traffic , people, and car emissions

I love James Island but it's becoming overcrowded. People's attitudes are changing for the worse but of frustration from traffic, construction etc. Please consider a halt on any apartments. Thanks

Long time James island resident, I am not happy or pleased with the over development that is happening. We need to stop this before we destroy or lose what island community we have.

I live in Crosscreek neighborhood and was so sad to see the loss of more trees and more units going up at the Maybank "Gathering" Place. The Standard is a monstrosity and has added nothing to the area but empty, overpriced apartments.

James Island is becoming an overcrowded mess. Please stop building until we can get a reasonable growth plan that respects the residents and can function with our infrastructure. Town of James Island needs to govern ALL of James Island!

The city has put the visitors and especially citizen residents at a great risk with the high density building. It has created congestion on the roads that has become an absolute nightmare for first responders attempting to navigate the sea of vehicles (with no where to pull off of the congested roads) on their way to an emergency call. This greatly affects the response time of these emergency crews. One day it may be you or your family members that need this emergency care, but due to the traffic YOU (city council, city planning, or even the mayor) have created, will get a very delayed response. Hope you can sleep at night with that decision if they can't get there in time.

If they keep adding more, we won't need to worry about the oceans rising. We will sink.
