James Island is being destroyed by all of the new development. There is no more room and the natural landscape and beauty of the island is suffering. Please stop!!

Please STOP building apartments and high density developments. Please fix our infrastructure on James island especially Folly Rd and Maybank Hwy. My family was in a terrible car accident due to bad infrastructure on Maybank Hwy les than a year ago. It is unsafe for us to take our child to and from school do to the interesting from Riverland Dr to Central Park Rd. Thank you.

The infastructure built on the island is not being changed to handle the high density housing that is going up all over James Island. Quality of life on Woodland Shores has been impacted as I'm sure other areas have as well.

Stop siding with developers and get on the residents side. Hear our voice or hear our vote.

This should also be done for Johns Island but include ANY new housing developments or zoning changes!

Please, Let's think about infrastructure before any more buildings are put up. If it's all housing and no activities it's wasteful. If there are too many buildings and you decide to work on roads after, it creates chaos for thousands more. Let's think about people and not $ before we build!

It's past time to end the practice of poor planning and zoning, and end the building of multi-unit, high-density housing on our coastal island. Begging planners and politicians to end this before we turn into myrtle beach.

Traffic is already terrrible! How can more people fit on this island? Cramming more and more apartments and homes is ruining the quality of life over here, or to mention the bird habitats being destroyed.
