James Island doesn't have the infrastructure for any further development. The traffic is horrible.

The Island does not have the infrastructure to support the growth that Apts. would bring. The schools are already filled to capacity and the roads are very crowded. If the future brings road improvement and new schools are built then a discussion could be made for a growth plan.

There is too much development on James Island. Let the infrastructure catch up first.

I support the moratorium to limit this development on our island . We do do have the infrastructure to support this growth.

James Island has been being overdeveloped for 10 or more years. The peaceful community in which I bought my house has turned into big city traffic nightmares. Our livability pleasure has been decreasing. Trees and green space which make this island beautiful are being sacrificed for greed.
I vote fr a moratorium.

More apartments equals more traffic congestion. James Island does not need this!

James Island is losing it's charm and appeal due to the congestion of so many low-income housing properties.
