PLEASE stop the high density housing development on James Island. Our roads, schools, environment, and community cannot handle the amount of growth that we have incurred in the last few years. We certainly can't handle any more growth.

The developers care nothing about the added traffic. It's all about making a buck.

Any more development on this island without a focus on infrastructure will ultimately result in the collapse of the area

Too much growth without time to plan will create a disaster zone. Stop the building and start the planning.

Please consider our beautiful home and think of our citizens. Traffic is a nightmare and development is out of hand. We are a barrier island, and we are out of room.

There's WAY too much traffic on James Island already, adding more people here would ask for more accidents, higher crime rate, and more polution. PLEASE DO NOT FURTHER BUILD HERE.

Please stop building more apartment complexes and housing developments of any type. The current infrastructure cannot accommodate the population as is, the amount of green space is rapidly dwindling, and the charm of James Island is diminishing. Who would want to move to an island of concrete where they are stuck in traffic all day long? Stop the building, improve the infrastructure and green spaces!

It is simply irresponsible for our government and a commission to make decisions that affect thousands of lives against the will and desire of the citizens in our community. Overbuilding and excessive traffic jams already have taken a huge toll on our quality of life. It is insane and greedy to vote or approve more of the same.

Too much already!!!

High density housing must stop. We do not have the infrastructure or space in schools. The profit these developers earn surely is not worth the price we will pay long after they're gone.

There are far too many people on the Island as it is; the quality of life is being severely degraded. Having grown up on James Island, and living there until recently, I was considering moving back there someday. I'm reconsidering.
