We moved here to enjoy peaceful living. Please don't ruin this city by letting it turn into another Cape Gieardeau.

The only reason people dont want this income based apartments is because it will affect their property values. Thats it and only it. The typical Jackson better than you club at its finest !!!! They have zero concern for overcrowding or traffic issues. Tough sh!t folks. It's Jackson mo not the stepford wives.

We live down the street . This is not a good idea. Traffic is bad enough in this area. It also brings more crime to our area.

I live on alpine and traffic in the mornings is already a NIGHTMARE! We don’t need to add to it!

I support growth in our community but this is not the place for it. Increased traffic congestion, which is already a problem at this intersection would be a huge issue in itself. Broadridge St is already needing attention from the volume of traffic that is on it daily.

This is not a good idea. The middle school is right on the corner. Traffic is bad enough there already. They crammed in all of those behind Orchard to the corner of Broadridge... enough already.

I live close to this location and agree that the traffic in the area is already getting congested. The area would be better served in other ways.

This is not good for our student's safety. More traffic means more accidents. Not good when you have students in a already congested area.

There is already to much traffic congestion in this area and it concerns me for all the students that walk this area before and after school. And I'd hate to see what it will do to the property values of those homes in that area. Not a good idea at all!!!

The construction of apartments there is not in the best interest of the students I serve at West Lane Elementary.

As my family navigates through this area, daily, I can attest that adding to the traffic density in this part of town by placing apartment buildings close to the Middle School would only bring about more traffic congestion. For the safety of our students and the residents of the City of Jackson, I am signing this petition.

If anyone drives those streets daily, they would know, that this is a terrible idea. Not to mention, the nice homes nearby and what that will do to their property values! Come on, Jackson!! Look how trashy it is around Orchard Elementary!! How would you feel as a new resident coming to check our your kids potential new school and you see all that crap?? No thanks! Let’s keep Jackson nice!

I pick up my Grandkids at 3 school in that area. It is way too busy already. Lines on all the adjoining roads to pick them up! Way too much traffic already!
