We the signers of this petition support the naming of Park No.502 on Lake Park and 41st Place in Chicago, Illinois after the woman who fought for two decades to ensure not only this park would be built, but worked tirelessly to make sure that the rights of residents were upheld. Izora Davis loved the community where this park is located, and naming it after her is a wonderful tribute to her hard work, dedication and passion. We support naming Park No.502 after Izora Davis.
