If you have had enough with the court system not protecting Paramedics, then join me in signing this petition to send to the Victorian Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
The DPP must overturn the ludicrous decision of County Court Judge, Barbara Cotterell, who OVERTURNED a jail sentence for Amanda Warren and Caris Underwood, for drunkenly attacking paramedic Paul Judd as he tried to tend to a patient in Reservoir in 2016. They ended his career, broke his leg, stole his gold necklace and rammed the ambulance.
DPP must stop protecting criminals, and start protecting the honest, hard working paramedics. Tell the DPP you have had enough!

Victorians are getting sick of un punished violence and non accountable judges who have no idea of the communities concept of justice.
DPP you must appeal this decision. Its an absolute disgrace these women did not receive the jail term they deserve.
It is deff not ok to ever injure these amazing wonderful people this people do a marvelous job and should be praised and thanked if anything
All ambulance personell do a great job for those that need help. Please share
It's not ok. It's never ok to assault a paramedic.

We are dependent on a legal system which should protect both the individual and the wider community from anti social and criminal behaviour ... this recent decision is a smack in the face not just for the victim but for everyone wanting to live in a law abiding society.
