We are losing people daily, because they don't want to bargain fairly, other places are paying better and our EMDH staff has to take layoffs. When will ISU wake up? They can only use COVID as an excuse for so long.

I've been working full-time and understaffed for quite a few years and don't even make more than $30,000 a year. We have workers here with paychecks from 2007 that are about $100 less than what we're making now. Where is the rise in pay with inflation and cost of living

14 months and counting and still no contract. ISU will not counter our proposals with any kind of fair response to anything that we are most concerned about. Conclusion: ISU does not care.
