We, the undersigned support the elimination of a "clusterbox" at the entrance of the subdivision - Island Club, located on Stephens Pass Cove in Lake Mary,FL 32746. With a subdivision of 37 new homes, including seniors and families with 4 children, we feel that reducing safety challenges for pedestrians, eliminating traffic flow concerns and creating a more efficient process for the postal carrier and homeowners would be in the best interest of all.
Replacing the present "clusterbox" with either individual mailboxes per homeowner or dual mailboxes between neighbors will provide for more timely delivery, create a consistent flow of traffic throughout the subdivision and increase pedestrian safety with vehicles.
As homeowners of the subdivision called Island Club, we support the elimination of a "clusterbox". We have stated our address below in support of our request.
