Hello Fellow Studios,
In light of recent events with Muse Paintbar, my team is looking to petition fellow employees (artists, cooks, managers, and otherwise) to help us prove a point about effective communication.
For those of you who have been with the company for a while, you have seen communication shift from a professional emailing system, to an inconsistent - hard to track and manage social application.
Especially during this difficult time of payroll, not only emails - but groupmes went unanswered for days on end and the communication strategy during that period of time was extremely poor.
Because emails remained unanswered through the 11th hour, questions (that we are legally granted the right to ask about wages/labor) streamed through our local Groupme from our employee base, and we were met with retaliation from senior management --- even though that is their preferred platform of communication!
So we ask you today, if you are able, to stand in solidarity with us
IF YOU AGREE
that Groupme is NOT the most effective communication tool for a professional environment and has, since its installment, caused an issue for you and your team in some way, shape, or form.
We only have until TOMORROW night to get as many signatures as we can! Each and every one of you has a voice with us; please sign this if you are able and help our voices be heard.

Groupme is a joke for work stuff. Had my questions ignored for a week straight while they posted in other chats. unprofessional and frustrating.
